Ingredients:

3 cups Bisquick mix

1 pound finely grated sharp cheddar cheese

1 pound hot sausage

Special tools/utensils needed:

Cookie sheet

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Let cheese sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.

3. Combine all ingredients, mixing with hands.

4. Roll into balls about the size of a large walnut.

5. Bake for 12-15 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet. (Check after 10 minutes)
