Ingredients:

1 can room temperature Beer

3 cups self-rising Flour

3 tablespoons Sugar

1 Egg (Optional)

Special tools/utensils needed:

Loaf pan

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Mix all ingredients well. 

3. Bake in greased & floured loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
