Description: Beef with au jus - best served on mini baguettes or other crusty bread that can be dipped in the au jus. Easy meal to start in the morning and have ready for dinner with minimal effort

Ingredients:
3-4 Pound rump roast
2 (10.5 ounce) Cans Campbell’s beef broth
2 (10.5 ounce) Cans Campbell’s beef consommé
Special tools/utensils needed: Crock Pot
Directions:
Put roast and soups in a Crock Pot. Start on high and then turn low after 2 hours. Can cook all day
Shred your beef and put on fresh baguettes and use the juices to dip
