Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Butter, softened to room temperature
1 (16 ounce) jar Creamy peanut butter
2 cups Confectioners sugar
2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Special Tools/Utensils Needed:
Parchment or wax paper
Instructions:
In a medium mixing bowl, add confectioners sugar to peanut butter, and mix until stiff and easily formed into a ball.
Grease hands and form dough into 24 1” balls. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Line two cookie sheets with parchment or wax paper.
Melt chocolate chips according to package instructions in a bain-marie or microwave until smooth.
Using a fork, submerge each ball in chocolate until fully coated, and rest on wax paper. Return to the refrigerator until solid, then enjoy.
