Pasta with Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients:
1/2 pound bow tie pasta
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 - 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless, skinless cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips
1 1/2 cups small broccoli florets
3/4 cups sun dried tomatoes, soaked, sliced thin, drained
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
crushed red pepper flakes, pinch
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup white wine
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 Tablespoon butter
Parmesan cheese, grated as garnish
Directions:
Cook the pasta per box instructions. When finished cooking, drain and set aside.
While pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sauté the garlic until golden.
Add the chicken strips and sauté until white and almost completely cooked.
Add the broccoli and sauté until crisp-tender. Then add the sun dried tomatoes, basil leaves, red pepper
flakes, salt and pepper.
Add the wine, broth and butter. Stir to combine well. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until heated through,
stirring occasionally.
Toss with the cooked pasta and top with the grated parmesan cheese. Dig in!
