Mom's Pot Roast

Ingredients:
3-4 Pounds of boneless chuck roast
2-3 Bay leaves
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
6 Medium potatoes
Special tools/utensils needed: Dutch oven
Directions:
Put the chuck roast in a pan with water - almost covered - on low heat. Salt and pepper to taste and place 2 or 3 bay leaves on top of meat.
Cook 2 1/2 - 3 hours or until done.
Increase heat and boil water down (not dry) until meat browns on bottom.
Remove meat and add Worcestershire sauce to remaining water. Add potatoes. May have to add a little water to cook potatoes 20-25 minutes on low.
