Ingredients:
1 Pound Hamburger
1 Medium Onion
4-5 Medium potatoes
2 (4 Ounce) Cans tomato sauce
8 Ounces of grated cheddar cheese
Special tools/utensils needed: Crock Pot
Directions:
Cut potatoes in thin small pieces (like for fried potatoes). The thinner the better!
In a large pot, brown hamburger and onion.
Once the meat is browned and the onion is soft, add potatoes and tomato sauce. Add a little water from rinsing out the cans.
Cook for about 20 minutes stirring occasionally to ensure that nothing burns at the bottom of the pot.
Remove the pot from the heat. Grate cheese on top and let sit to melt (about 2 mins).
