Description: This recipe is from a golf buddy. It’s great with steaks, a side for beef tenderloin or anytime you’re looking for a starch that’s easy to prepare. Always a hit!

Ingredients:
4 Potatoes, peeled and cut as if for potato salad
1/2 - 1 Cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
1 1/2 Cups cheddar cheese extra sharp, grated
1/2 Stick butter
2 Teaspoons garlic salt
1/4 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
8 ounces sour cream
Salt
1/2 Cup milk
Special tools/utensils needed:
8” x 11” baking dish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 - 375 degrees F
Boil potatoes as if for potato salad.
Beat or mash potatoes, leaving them somewhat chunky and not smoothe. Stir in remaining ingredients to taste. Place in a baking dish.
Bake, uncovered for about 25 minutes at 350-375 degrees F.
