Classic Waldorf Salad

Description: For an easier salad, just use what you have on hand; apples, celery, raisins, nuts, coconut, etc.
For a healthier salad, just use mayonnaise no sugar or whipped cream.

Total time: 25 minutes+time to chill in refrigerator

Ingredients:
2 Cups diced apples
1 Cup (1-inch) julienne celery sticks
1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
1/4 Cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 Teaspoon lemon juice
Dash salt
1/2 Cup whipping cream, whipped

Directions:
Combine apple, celery, and nuts.
Blend mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice and salt and add to the apple mixture.
Fold in whipped cream into apple mixture
Serve chilled.
