Ingredients:
2 cups cooked, diced chicken
2 cups diced celery
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons onion, grated
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup potato chips, crushed
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350.
In a baking dish, mix all ingredients together except the last 2.
Sprinkle cheese and chips on top.
Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes. Serve warm.
