Sausage and Egg Pie

Description: This is a quiche-meets-breakfast casserole. It makes 2 pies. I usually make one substituting spinach for the sausage

Ingredients:
2 Pie crusts, unbaked
12 ounces grated Mozzarella cheese
1 pound Hot sausage
3/4 cup Milk
4 Eggs
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Special tools/utensils needed:
Directions:
Place grated cheese on the bottom of pie shells.
Brown Sausage and drain.
Layer over cheese Mix other ingredients and spoon over sausage.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Bake for 30-40 minutes.
