Burrito Wraps

Description: This is a real easy make ahead appetizer that’s great to pull out of the refrigerator. It often showed up on bus trips Expat ladies would take as an appetizer to share. An option is to use hot chilies in the cream cheese mixture. I opt to control the heat with the salsa.

Ingredients:
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped
1 Small onion, chopped (~1/2 cup)
1 (2.25 ounce) can black olives, chopped
1 (8 ounce) Package cream cheese (softened)
2 (10”) flour burrito wraps
Jar of your favorite salsa or homemade

Directions:
Chop chili peppers, onions, and olives. Mix with cream cheese.
Spread mixture on burrito. Roll tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 - 3 hours.
Slice each burrito wrap into thin, pinwheel slices. Arrange on a platter and serve with salsa.
