Red Velvet White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Description: These were a favorite of Gram's that I would make her around Christmas. Easy and not complicated.

Ingredients:
1 (15.25 ounce) box Red velvet cake mix
1 cup All-purpose flour
2 sticks Butter, softened
1 Egg
2 cups White chocolate chips
Special tools/utensils needed:
Hand or stand mixer
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter until soft and fluffy.
In a separate bowl, sift flour and cake mix.
Incrementally add the dry mix to the creamed butter until fully combined. Then, add the egg, and mix completely. Add white chocolate chips, and mix for a minute until well combined.
Form the dough into 1" balls, and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet 2” apart.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, and cool on a wire rack.
