Cranberry Bread

Ingredients:
2 cups All-purpose flour
1 cup Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1/4 cup Margarine
1 Egg, beaten
1 teaspoon grated Orange peel
3/4 cup Orange juice
1/2 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Pecans
1 1/2 cups fresh Cranberries, chopped
Special tools/utensils needed:
Sifter, mixing bowl, spatula, loaf pan 9x5x3"
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
Mix until crumbly with 1/4 cup margarine.
Add egg, orange peel, and orange juice to mixture.
Stir until mix is evenly coated.
Fold in raisins, pecans, and cranberries.
Spoon in greased loaf pan 9x5x3".
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Let sit in the oven for 10 minutes after cooking is done with the oven off.
Let cool before slicing.
