Ingredients:
5 lbs Chicken Wings
Mardi Gras Rub:
2 tablespoons dried rosemary
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried ground oregano
1 tablespoon Tony’s Creole seasoning
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon dry yellow mustard
1 teaspoon black pepper
Special tools/utensils needed:
Air fryer
Directions:
Coat wings with Mardi Gras rub (approximately 1 Tablespoon per pound of wings). Refrigerate until air fryer is preheated. Depending on the amount of wings you are making, cook in two batches of no more than 14 wings each if needed.
Place the air fry basket into rack position 3. Insert the wire rack into position 7 and place the roasting pan on the rack so it sits beneath the basket to catch any drips during cooking. Preheat on AirFry to 375.
Spray basket with olive oil Pam. Place 14 wings in the basket and, once preheated, place in air fryer basket. AirFry at 375 for 15 minutes. Flip wings and airfry for an additional 10 minutes. Broil on high for 4 minutes to crisp.
