Description: Gram’s Mac & Cheese. ‘Nuff said.

Prep time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 40 minutes

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups raw macaroni, cooked

8 ounces cheddar cheese, cubed, 

Milk, enough to cover the pan  1/2 - 3/4 way up

1/4 stick butter

Special tools/utensils needed:

Shallow baking dish

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400

2. Place the cooked macaroni and cubed cheese in a shallow baking dish

3. Add milk to fill the baking dish 1/2-3/4 way up

4. Slice the butter into thin wafers and dot the top

5. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the milk mostly evaporated. May turn on the broiler for the last couple minutes if you want the top crispier.
