Raisin Granola

Description: While this may not be the healthiest, it is very yummy. Whenever we had a golf tournament, this was a standard to make and have a bag for each player. Always a hit! It makes a lot so I usually half the recipe.
Prep Time: 15-20 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour plus 15-20 minutes
Servings: 1 gallon

Ingredients:
4 cups Old fashioned oats
2 cups shredded Coconut
1 cup Wheat germ
3 cups Walnuts, pecans, almonds
1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 14oz cans Sweetened condensed milk
1/2 Vegetable oil
3 cups raisins
Special tools/utensils needed:
2 cookie sheets
Directions:
Preheat oven 300 degrees
Combine oats, coconut, wheat germ, nuts, salt and raisins in large bowl. Mix together.
Add oil and mix.
Add milk and stir together thoroughly.
Spread onto 2 teflon coated or parchment paper lined cookie sheets.
Bake for 1 hour or until brown, stirring/turning over about half way through.
Break into desired size pieces.
