Artichoke-Spinach Cheese Casserole

Ingredients:
6 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, drained
2 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed
6 ounces cream cheese
2 Tablespoons butter, softened
4 Tablespoons milk
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350
Put artichoke hearts in a medium casserole dish. Squeeze the spinach dry and arrange over the artichoke hearts.
Beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth and gradually add milk. Spread this mixture over the spinach. Top with Romano and pepper.
Bake for 40 minutes - 30 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered.
