Ingredients:

½ ounce Hana Bay white rum

¼ ounce orange Curacao

½ ounce Orgeat syrup

2 ounces pineapple juice

2 ounces Hana Bay dark rum

Special tools/utensils needed:

Better if you make this in an original Mamas Fish House Mai Tai glass, but only 4 are known to exist east of the Mississippi

Directions:

1. Mix the first 4 ingredients (as an option, blend with ice). 

2. Pour into glass. 

3. Add ice cubes as desired and slowly pour dark rum, allowing it to float on top.
