Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon butter
1 1/2 Pounds of cubed Steak
1 Package of onion soup mix
1 (10.5 Ounce) Can of cream of mushroom soup
Special tools/utensils needed: None
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet
Place the steak in the hot skillet and brown each side of the steak.
To the skillet, add onion soup mix and cream of mushroom soup. Stir well. Add enough water to thin soups down.
Reduce heat and simmer on low heat for about 1 hour turning the steak once or twice during cooking time.
