Ingredients:
1 Stick of butter
1 Cup white rice
1 Can french onion soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can beef broth
Special tools/utensils needed:
Saute pan, 2 qt casserole dish (covered), wooden spoon
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Melt butter in saute pan over medium heat. Add rice and cook, stirring frequently, for 15 to 20 minutes, until browned.
Place in a casserole dish. Add french onion soup and beef broth. Stir to mix. Cover. Bake at 325 degree F for 1 hour.
