Pork Tenderloin/Pork Roast

Description: A wonderful crock pot meal with leftovers. Can be done with tenderloin or roast.

Ingredients:
4 Pound pork tenderloin
8 Ounces sauerkraut
1 Small bag of baby carrots
McCormicks garlic, onion, black pepper & sea salt all purpose seasoning
1/3 Cup sliced onion
Water
Cranberry sauce
Garlic mashed potatoes
Special tools/utensils needed:
Crock pot
Directions:
Season the pork with the McCormicks seasoning and place in crockpot.
Around the pork, add the can of sauerkraut, baby carrots, and chopped onion.
Add just enough water to cover the carrots.
Turn crock pot on low and cook for at least 6 hours.
Once cooked serve with cranberry sauce & garlic mashed potatoes.
