Ingredients:
Fresh Chicken Wings
Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Buffalo Sauce (Our favorite is Texas Pete- Extra Mild)
Special tools/utensils needed:
Air fryer
Directions:
Coat wings with olive oil and kosher salt. Refrigerate until air fryer is preheated. Depending on the amount of wings you are making, cook in two batches of no more than 14 wings each if needed.
Place the air fry basket into rack position 3. Insert the wire rack into position 7 and place the roasting pan on the rack so it sits beneath the basket to catch any drips during cooking. Preheat on AirFry to 375.
Spray basket with olive oil Pam. Place 14 wings in the basket and, once preheated, place in air fryer basket. AirFry at 375 for 15 minutes. Flip wings and airfry for an additional 10 minutes. Broil on high for 4 minutes to crisp.
Once they have cooled, store in a gallon ziploc bag and coat with your favorite buffalo sauce.
