Baked Ham

Ingredients:
1 Large bone in ham
Whole Cloves (enough to cover ham)
1 Cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 Teaspoon. Salt
1 Can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, with syrup
2 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Teaspoon prepared mustard
Special tools/utensils needed: roasting pan
Instructions:
Place ham fat side up in roasting pan. Line pan with foil to cover ham completely. Place whole cloves all over ham.
Bake @ 325 degrees for 40-50 minutes perpounds (Usually bake the size I get 3 1/2 - 4 hours)
For glazed ham remove 30 minutes before done and pour drippings from pan. Score fat surface of ham, lightly cutting uniform diamonds.
To make pineapple glaze, in small saucepan mix brown sugar cornstarch and salt. Stir in can of crushed pineapple with syrup, lemon juice, and mustard
Cook over medium heat until it boils, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1minute. Pat or brush on glaze. Makes 1 3/4 cup.
