3-2-1 Ribs

Ingredients:
1 slab St. Louis-cut spare ribs
1 cup Jack Daniel's Pork Rub
1/4 cup honey
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 bottle of Parkay squeezable butter
Special tools/utensils needed:
Rimmed baking sheet
Tin foil
Smoker
Directions:
Preheat the smoker to 225 to 250F.
Pull the membrane off the ribs using a butter knife, if desired. Coat liberally with pork rub on a rimmed baking sheet.
Place ribs on the smoker for 3 hours adding smoke regularly.
Remove from the smoker and place on a piece of tin foil large enough to wrap the rack of ribs. Drizzle each side with honey, sugar, and butter, wrap tightly in foil and return to smoker for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, remove tin foil and smoke for an additional hour.
