Description: I remember these not only at my on wedding and wedding showers as well as those of my friends.  They are great for any type of celebration

1 (16 ounce) Box powdered sugar

4 tablespoons Crisco

2 tablespoons Milk

4 teaspoons Oil of peppermint

Wax paper


Optional 

food coloring if desired
