Ingredients:
1/2 cup Butter
2 cups Dark brown sugar
1 cup Light corn syrup
14 ounces Sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoon Water
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions:
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Add sugar, corn syrup, milk, and water.
Increase temperature to medium heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth, about 15 minutes.
Stir in vanilla extract, and serve warm in a fondue pot or similar chafing dish.
Dip with slices of angel food cake, apples, pineapple, bananas and more.
