Cordon Bleu Casserole

Ingredients:
1 package frozen, cut Broccoli, 10 ounces (thawed)
4 slices Rye or Whole Wheat Bread, crust trimmed
thinly sliced Smoked Chicken, 2.5 ounce package fully cooked & vacuum packed
thinly sliced Ham, 6 ounce package fully cooked & vacuum packed
1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
Chunky Creamy Mushroom Soup, 10 3/4 ounce can
3 ounces Swiss Cheese, shredded
Special tools/utensils needed:
8”x8”x2” microwave baking dish
Directions:
Rinse broccoli under running water to thaw if not already thawed. Pat dry.
Line the bottom of the baking dish with the bread.
Top with chicken, ham & broccoli.
Mix the onion powder and soup in a bowel. Pour over the chicken, ham & broccoli.
Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Cover & chill overnight in the refrigerator if desired.
Cook in a microwave on 50% power for 13-15 minutes if unchilled or for 18-20 minutes if chilled. Cooking power may vary, so adjust the cooking times so the dish is heated through.
