Pork Chop and Potato Dinner

Ingredients:
4 Cups sliced potatoes
1 Can cream of celery soup
2/3 Cup evaporated milk
2 Tablespoon finely chopped onion
1/2 Teaspoon salt and pepper
4 Pork chops trimmed of fat
Special tools/utensils needed: 9x12 baking dish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 F
Place potatoes in a greased 2 quart baking dish.
In mixing bowl combine the soup, mik, onion, salt, and pepper and then pour over potatoes.
Place pork chops in skillet on high heat and cook just until outside is brown
Place pork chops in baking dish on top of potatoes.
Cover and bake at 375F for 1-1 1/2 hr. (or until potatoes are tender)
