Chocolate Frosting

Notes: This icing is good for cake or brownies. To stay authentic to the original recipe, swap the butter for 2 tablespoons of oleo melted with 2 tablespoons of Crisco.

Ingredients:
2 cups Confectioners sugar
4 tablespoons Cocoa powder, unsweetened
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup Butter, melted
3 tablespoons Milk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a medium mixing bowl, sift together confectioners sugar, cocoa, and salt.
Add melted butter milk and vanilla extract, creaming together until smooth. If the icing becomes too thick or tough, add milk in 1 tablespoon increments until the desired consistency is achieved.
Rest frosting in the fridge for 30 minutes before use.
