Apple Cake

Ingredients:
3 cups Apples, peeled and sliced thin
1.25 cups Sugar
1.75 cups Flour, sifted
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking soda
3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs, room temperature
1/2 cups Nuts, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350* F. Grease and flour an 8”x8” baking dish.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix apples and sugar together until fully coated.
In a separate bowl, sift flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. Combine dry ingredients with apple mixture.
Add oil and eggs, and whisk until evenly mixed, leaving no lumps. Fold in nuts.
Pour batter into a greased dish, and bake for 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
