Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients:

4 potatoes, medium

milk, splash

butter, dab

1 pound hamburger meat

worcestershire sauce, 5 squirts

salt and pepper, to taste

1 can tomato soup

1 can green beans

1/2 to 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions: 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 

2. Peel and boil the potatoes until tender, about 10 minutes. Mash with milk and butter..

3. Brown the hamburger meat in a skillet with worcestershire, salt and pepper. Drain on a paper towel-covered plate. Pour in the bottom of the casserole dish. 

4. Add tomato sauce and stir to combine. Add the green beans in a layer, followed by the mashed potatoes in another layer. Cover with shredded cheese. 

5. Bake uncovered until the cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.
