Ingredients:
6 Pounds beef brisket (or pork shoulder)
Coarse sea salt
Ground black pepper
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Cider Vinegar
Bar-B-Que Sauce of your choice
Special tools/utensils needed: roasting pan with rack
Instructions:
Cut away all fat from meat.
Rub meat all over with salt & pepper.
Put meat in a heavy roasting pan, add vinegar & water to the bottom of the pan.
Cook in a 350 degree oven until meat is very tender. (Approx. 2 to 3 hours).
Chip meat & add Bar-B-Que Sauce.
