Chocolate Peanut Pillows

Ingredients:
6 ounces Semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon Shortening
1/2 cup Creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons Confectioner sugar
1 (15 ounce) box of Post Shredded Wheat, Big Biscuits
1/2 cups Peanuts, finely chopped

Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, melt chocolate chips and shortening over low heat, stirring frequently.
Remove the mixture from heat, and stir in peanut butter and confectioners sugar.
With a fork, dip Shredded Wheat Biscuits in chocolate mixture, coating all sides; gently shake off excess.
Roll biscuits in chopped peanuts while the chocolate is still tacky. Cool on rack, store in refrigerator.
