Bloody Mary

Description: Basic Bloody Mary, but made my particular way. Bloodies are better when made to taste; that’s the draw of a Bloody Bar. Below is a list of the usual ingredients used and starting quantities. The directions are meant to get you going; liven it up or tone it down as you see fit. Good Morning!

Ingredients:
1 ounce Vodka, old school, not flavored
V8 Vegetable Juice, not tomato juice
Worcestershire Sauce, splash to start
Soy Sauce, splash to start
Garlic Pepper (substitute with cumin, coriander seeds, nutmeg, or allspice), pinch to start
Fresh Ground Pepper, pinch to start
Tabasco Sauce, couple shakes to start
salt, pinch to start
ice, crushed
Dill Pickles Spears, Claussen (legendary crunch) for garnish
Bacon, Crisp strips for garnish
Special tools/utensils needed:
tall highball glass, 10-12 ounce
Collins straw
Directions:
Pour vodka into the glass
Add vegetable juice to fill the glass a scant 3/4 full.
Add the Worcestershire Sauce, Soy Sauce, Garlic Pepper, Fresh Ground Pepper, Tabasco Sauce and salt.
Stir, taste, fuss with. Repeat as needed.
Add in the ice. Stir one last time.
Garnish with a dill pickle spear, bacon strip or both. Place a straw & enjoy!
