Description: This is a sandwich spread Gram would make. We all remember it especially on a picnic at the beach. Sometimes she would substitute pineapple in lieu of olives. You don’t have to wait for a beach trip!

Ingredients:

8 ounces Cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon Mayonnaise

1/3 cup Green olives, sliced

You may use the whipped cream cheese instead of the original and then omit mayonnaise

Special tools/utensils needed:

Mixing bowl, spatula, bread knife

Directions:

1. Mix all together and spread on bread for a sandwich. May be open-faced and/or cut into finger sandwiches.
