Pizza Sauce

Description: Homemade pizza is always a winner!

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Servings: Enough for one pizza

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon minced garlic

8 ounce can of tomato sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

Directions: 

1. Saute the olive oil and garlic in a saucepan over medium heat for 10 minutes.Heat 

2. Add the tomato sauce, sugar, and salt and cook for an additional 10-20 minutes or until reduced to the desired consistency.
