Ingredients:

10 cups Whole wheat flour

 2 packages Dry yeast

 1 1/2 tablespoons Salt

 6 cups Warm water, divided

 2 Tbs. Brown sugar

 1/4 cup Wheat germ

 Sunflower seeds, to taste (optional)

 Sesame seeds, to taste (optional on top)

 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
