Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients:
10 cups Whole wheat flour
2 packages Dry yeast
1 1/2 tablespoons Salt
6 cups Warm water, divided
2 Tbs. Brown sugar
1/4 cup Wheat germ
Sunflower seeds, to taste (optional)
Sesame seeds, to taste (optional on top)
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Special tools/utensils needed:
Small mixing bowl, large mixing bowl, wooden spoon, 3 loaf pans
Directions:
Mix yeast, brown sugar, and 2 cups of warm water.
Let stand until good head forms, approximately 10 minutes.
Meantime, mix flour, salt, oil, sunflower seeds (if used) and wheat germ.
Add yeast mixture and 4 more cups of warm water. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Oil and flour 3 loaf pans.
Put mixture in loaf pans, cover with a clean hand towel, and let rise for 1 hour.
Bake for 1 hour.
