Egg & Sausage Dish

Ingredients:
2 slices bread, cubed (Pepperidge Farm stuffing may be used as a substitute)
1 pound Hot sausage
6-7 Eggs
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Milk
1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco
1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Special tools/utensils needed:
9 inch by 14 inch baking dish
Directions:
Spread 2 slices of cubed bread on the bottom of the baking dish.
Cook sausage; drain; break into tiny pieces and put on top of bread crumbs.
Beat 6-7 eggs then add remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake for 45 minutes.
