Cheese Grits

Description: This is a wonderful cheese grits recipe for a brunch.

Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked Grits
4 cups Water
1 tablespoon Salt
1 stick Butter
1 roll of Garlic cheese
1/2 pound Sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
2 Eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon Sherry
Paprika
Special tools/utensils needed:
Saucepan, 9 inch x 13 inch casserole dish
Directions:
Cook grits in salted water per package directions.
Add butter, garlic cheese, sharp cheese, and Worcestershire. Stir until the butter and cheese are melted.
Add the beaten eggs and sherry.
Put in a greased casserole and sprinkle with paprika.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
