Roast Turkey Breast

Description: A classic take on a baked turkey leg. Note: you may remove foil for last half-hour of cooking to brown the top of the turkey breast if desired. A meat thermometer helps but is not required.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Butter
Salt & pepper
3-7 pound Turkey breast
Aluminum foil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325.
Melt butter.
Rub turkey breast generously with salt & pepper.
Brush melted butter over the top of the turkey breast, and wrap in foil.
Cook turkey in the oven for at least 3 hours:
3-5 pounds: 2.5-3 hours
5-7 pounds: 3-3.5 hours
Desired internal temp (if using a thermometer): 170 degrees
