Honey Grilled Chicken Breasts

Description: Simple grilled chicken preparation for a quick cookout.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Fresh orange juice (juice from one orange is about 1/4 cup)
3 Tablespoons Honey
2 Tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
1 Tablespoon Peeled & minced fresh ginger (can substitute 1 teaspoon of ginger powder)
1 Tablespoon Minced garlic (can substitute 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
1 1/2 Teaspoon Sea salt
1/2 Teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
6 (4-6 ounce) Boneless/skinless chicken breasts, rinsed and patted dry.
Special tools/utensils needed:
Charcoal or gas grill
Meat thermometer
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a large bowl and mix.
Add the chicken breasts and toss well in the marinade to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Bring to room temperature before grilling.
Grill the chicken breasts over hot coals, 3 " from the heat source, for 4 to 5 minutes per side. .Chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 165F. Remove to a plate and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
