Chili Egg Puff

Description: An easy breakfast or brunch casserole that has a slight kick to it.

Ingredients:
5 Eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup All-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 cup Cottage Cheese, I prefer small curd
1/2 lb grated Jack Cheese
1/4 cup Butter, melted
4 ounces can of Diced green chilies, Drained Well
Special tools/utensils needed:
Spatula, measuring cups, measuring spoons, 9 inch by 13 inch baking dish
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Mix together all ingredients. DON'T OVER MIX. You want the dish to rise, thus the Puff.
Pour mixture into a prepared 13x9 baking dish.
Bake for 35-minutes.
