Ingredients:

1 pound Sharp cheddar cheese

8 ounces Cream cheese

1/2 teaspoon Hot sauce

1/4 teaspoon Garlic salt

1/4 teaspoon Regular salt

2 tablespoons Mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Mustard

Optional

1 cup Pecans, finely chopped

Special tools/utensils needed:

Cheese grinder

Directions:

1. Make 24 hours before serving.

2. Grind sharp cheese in a cheese grinder.

3. Let sharp and cream cheese sit at room temperature a while for easier mixing.

4. Mix everything together with your hands.

5. Form into a ball.

6. (Optional) Roll ball in pecans
