Taco Soup

Description: This is a great soup that you can customize to your own tastes. It's great with nacho chips (broken up or whole), shredded cheese and sour cream. Any way you eat it you can't go wrong! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 Pound hamburger
2 Cans (7 ounce can) shoepeg corn
1 Small onion (optional)
1 Can (15.5 ounce) kidney or pinto beans (can substitute other types)
1 Can (15 ounce) black beans
1 Quart (large can) diced tomatoes
1 Can (10 ounce) Rotel tomatoes
1 Package (1 ounce) taco seasoning (can use 2)
1 Package (1 ounce) dry ranch mix

Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion together then drain.
Mix all other ingredients into large pot with hamburger. You can rinse pinto beans if you want but you are supposed to add all liquids from other cans into mixture.
Simmer for about 30 minutes. Can add a cup of water if you want it "soupier". You can customize the types of beans to your preference equal to 2 cans.
