Chicken Pie

Description: A good use for a rotisserie chicken. Can be made with veggies (carrots, peas, etc.). If you do so add more chicken broth.

Ingredients:
1 Rotisserie chicken, butchered
1 cup Chicken broth
1 (16 ounce) Can cream of mushroom OR cream of chicken soup
1 Stick of butter
1 cup Flour
1 cup Milk
Special tools/utensils:
2 qt. casserole
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Grease casserole dish.
Add butchered chicken to casserole.
Mix soup & broth in a separate bowl, then pour over chicken.
Melt butter, and mix with flour & milk.
Pour butter, flour & milk mixture over top of the chicken.
Place casserole in oven and bake for 30 minutes.
