Ingredients:
1 slab St. Louis cut ribs
1 cup Jack Daniels Pork Rub
Apple juice in a spray bottle
Special tools/utensils needed:
Spray bottle
Rimmed baking sheet
Smoker
Directions:
Preheat the smoker to 275 degrees.
Pull membrane from ribs using a butter knife. Coat liberally with pork rub on both sides on a rimmed baking sheet to contain the mess.
Cook ribs for approximately 3 hours. After the initial 45 minutes, spritz ribs with apple juice every 15 to 30 minutes of remaining Total time.
